Our local exchange rate is strengthening and the Stock market is picking up and showing the correct signs.
The portfolios our money is invested in, is picking up speed. The balanced fund turned positive during January and shows a return of 7% over 12 months already.
The listed property fund 12 month figures did double figures for a few weeks already.
