What a bumpy ride we had this past year in our investment returns. The last few years were as bad.

Neither the guys we trust to handle our investments nor the ones they invest in to invest in their own businesses were positive. The good news is that the portfolio managers had much more news to pick from.

A bit technical but: A few local shares caught their eyes this recent past. The share prices dropped and the PE ratios came down to very acceptable levels recently. With this shift from dual listed companies to locals the chance of good returns is very good.

Even our Noted Property shares are becoming sought after again.

For those of you that bit the bullet. Good times are near. Keep faith we might see the turnaround sooner than we think. The motivation for this came from Coronation, Stanlib, Sanlam and PSG.
